	Basic webpage elements are the other design components which go to make up your web site.
Home Page Contact Us Privacy	At Hindsight I T Solutions™ when we refer to a web page we mean an area which, when printed, is about equal in size to an A4 sheet of paper. This has advantages both in viewing, loading and familiarity. It avoids the production of a bloated behemoth of a page, which takes so long to load that the customer loses patience and goes away. Occasionally, there may be a requirement to produce a long web page. This is usually where you have a lot of information and you expect the customer to print the page out but would not expect them to print out say 10 different pages. In this instance the price of the page is based on the number of A4 pages that this would be equal to. We advise that such a practice should be used sparingly. Other basic page elements include :- Page Title which displays at the top of your web browser and is important. Fonts these are typefaces used on the web pages and are selected with care, and used to provide a consistent look throughout your web site. Cascading Style Sheets these are used for various reasons which include greater control of the web page design, better consistency throughout the web site, improved maintenance and lower costs. Headline Type used on "sub-pages". Carefully chosen and used consistently for a more unified look. Bookmarks used for internal jumps within a page, such as the "Top of Page" graphics used throughout this website. Popups ... CGI (Common Gateway Interface) programming to drive things such as popup windows, forms to handle Customer Response and other interesting design features. There is quite a large number of other page elements that we can choose from. We select from this range of elements carefully, deliberately and appropriately to achieve a particular look for your web site. We intentionally avoid picking too many "bells and whistles" to provide you with a better looking web site.
